And do we ever learn?...It never ceases to amaze me. And do we ever learn? Well, it seems incrementally. The Twin Towers were built using a light weight, center core construction. The terrorists tried to make one of them fall down in 1993, but the center post held. The terrorists weren't going to give up and the intelligence community knew this. There were many sightings and reports in 2001, especially one in Las Vegas. The author of the report of that sighting suggested that this team he saw wasn't going to wait much longer and the most likely target...the Twin Towers!<br /><br />Bureaucracy, too many people crying wolf, nobody listening or taking things seriously, well it sounds like the Titanic.
